73 TC Cortina. 250 Xflow, extractors & 350 Holley, 4 speed, SAAB rims, Runs & drives. Purchased around 5 years ago. Used as a daily then parked up about 4 years now. Minimal rust, straight besides the dent shown in pic. ( I think I have a spare bumper.) Interior shit.

I would never do something to someone elses engine that I wouldn't do to my own. Well, simple question, other than the rings bedding in, which is done pretty much in 20k's now days, what else are you babying the engine for X amount of k's for?? Bedding the bearings in?? Lol. Or wearing the new timing belt into its groove?? Maybe letting the head settle so there is less tenson on the head gasket so it blows easier?? The only things that need to be run in is the cams, and the rings, both done pretty much in the first 20 k's drving it, OR, doing the base mapping on the dyno.
