Hi all,

My XD has its original carpet and upholstery and I am looking at replacing it with new.
Would doing this effect the price value in the future?

Thanks Brad

That depends, If the carpet is in good condition and the rest of the car is mostly stock, then it will likely reduce the appeal to anyone looking for an OEM example of the car in the future. But if the carpet is garbage then anyone whom buys it will be replacing it anyway.

TL;DR: I your current carpet is in good condition, Maby. If the carpet is damaged, then fitting new carpet will only be a plus. IMO.
