OK, can anyone tell me what changes, if any, there are across the above three models with respect to the front suspension?

Cheers

Fraser

Front should all be the same mate.
I know xf and xg are the same.
It may actually go back further than XD.
What model you got and what you after?

You Can't park that Holden in MY Driveway.......................This is Ford Country.

I had my Ute raised when everybody was lowering theirs so I could drive over shit.

A Country Ute need to actually be able to get over a speed hump... or it's no good for the farm.

87 XF, you provided some feedback on my earlier post but that one when cold.

I ask because I need to make some decisions around front & rear suspension upgrades - I've received quotes from an Australian based manufacturer but have also spoken to Ridetech and Street & Track in the US of A.

S & T said they have a kit to bolt straight into a XD as the latest model so I was wanting to check if these will work in an XF.

Ridetech required further information from me regarding measurements which I need to follow up to see what they want.

My end goal is a race inspired street legal car which I could happily take to a track day of two throughout the year.

Thanks in advance

Ok Frazier, sorry Im usually on Ozfalcon now.
Rightio.....
Front ends on Falcons are same as 68-74 mustangs.
Globalwest upper and lower tubular arms... coilovers and a castor kit and a lockout kit will make the falcon handle well.
I run a roller spring saddles but not needed with coilovers.
Mount different.

Theres a few companies in Oz mate but they just reselling seppo kits for mustangs...

Order direct from Globalwest or thru Jegs.
You could go a whole front clip but the money it costs.... just brace up the front. The only prob with the original falcon front is the castor a nd camber... which those arms correct.
Have fun!
Just remember.... add 30% to cost of parts and postage for exchange rate.

All XF front suspension the 68-74 Mustang parts will bolt straight in.

Jack.
