Hi all

XF Fairmont Ghia - In between the heater tap and the engine is some sort of heater component connector with vacuum connections. I can not find a description for this anywhere or what it does but its leaking coolant. What is it called and what does it do and are they available?

cheers

Heya mate thats ya heater tap.
Just a vaccuum operated switch that opens and closes warm water from motor on or off to the heater core depending if you turn heater on or off.

Should be able to get a new one on evilbay cheap.
Try xf-xg heater tap.

You Can't park that Holden in MY Driveway.......................This is Ford Country.

I had my Ute raised when everybody was lowering theirs so I could drive over shit.

A Country Ute need to actually be able to get over a speed hump... or it's no good for the farm.
