Don't waste time and money on a 302 clevo. Costs no more to do a 351. I had a 351 with a very mild hydraulic cam, extractors, cheap single plane torker manifold that went nice. When it died in the interim I bought a 302 clevo that someone had spent a bit of money on. It had a solid cam all set up nice with roller rockers ect a better weiand torker had been balanced ect and wasn't as quick as the near stock 351 I had before it.

I've built similar to your plans, except no roller rockers,

302C new rings, bearings, Crow 21603 (214@0.050" .510" 110L/C), timing chain set & lifters, hardened push rods, Valve springs/retainers/locks,

650DP, Performer, proflow stainless 1 7/8" extractors (planed for future 393/408), 2.5" twin exhaust,

makes 240rwhp upto 5500rpm then falls on it's face as cam runs out. has run 15.0/94mph with wheelspin,

Recommend likes of a Edelbrock Performer intake,

I fitted a AFD hi-rise looking for more topend & only made 204rwhp & lost bunch low & mid range torque.

Well, will cost the price of a 351 Crank,

If its just a cruiser it may do the job, but if your after some decent power or Drag racing like, you'll find it lacking.

next Clevo I'm going a 393/408,
