Just thought i would share some pics of my new toy, xe fairmont ghia 10/83 factory 4 speed manual six cyclinder, option 54, found in a shed off blackburn road, had been sitting there since 2000, 138k's on the clock, got her home, came up a treat with a wash and vac, runs and drives like a dream, next step is rego in time for summer, just goes to show that you can still find all sorts of things hidden away in sheds, anyway hope you enjoy, cheers.

Ill pop some more pics up tomorrow,it had seat covers on it so all the trim came up like new, still have to give the paint a good buff, but no dents and one small spot of rust on the left hans lower quarter about the size of a 20cent peice, the old chap that owned it got given a company car and parked this thing up which is where it stayed untill i pulled it out of his shed last week.

+1 doesnt look liek a esp, but they did come like that, what seats has it got?

I would hunt this low life cock sucking ***got down and tear his nuts sack open with a bent fork and then wear his scrotus berries as earrings.

Thanks to this forum i located the 13ford number and gave them a call, after two days they called me back with some info on the car, it was originaly sold from a dealer in ACT, original colour is burgandy which it is, factory 4speed manual which it is, factory alloy head injected six which it is, and option 54 european sports pack which it appears to be, it has the original scheel seats front and rear, bilstean shocks front and rear and gold snowflakes, i thought the same thing when i first saw it, but im lead to belive the late 83 versions of the esp's did not have two tone paint, black outs on the chrome or orange bumper moulds, they where just a fairmont ghia with seats, wheels, and shockes, but please correct me if this information is incorrect, ill get some more pics up later today, cheers

if you have the option 54 stamped on the id tag and you have all the esp options then i dare say it is an esp.
