Last year we were stuck in traffic most of the whole time.
You didn't miss out on much, the route was poorly organised hopefully this year will be better than ever with all the feedback we have given them.

Yer Nick lets hope itis better. I can say that even my stock XF was getting hot sitting in traffic. After last year I for one suggested starting at Dandenong show grounds, and finishing in a different spot. A lot of people suggested Ballarat as the finish point.
Hopefully this year will be good. Even though last year the cruise part of it was a little sad, the show and shine is always a good one.

Yeah i remember the comments now Nick. The one before was pretty good as it was all highway from ford to geelong. Hopefully this one turns out ok.

Ballarat? Seems a weird finish point but i'm easy. I don't mind doing the k's if it's a fun trip.

Except for the police helicopter, which was following our conga line of Falcons.........

I reckon it was close to a continuous line from Dandenong, up thought listerfield, and back to Dandenong again. :hihi:

Lol Rainbow. Your brain doesn't automatically come up with stupid solutions. You actually have to make a concious choice.

The meet point from Ford Head Office then to Geelong was a great cruise as its an open road and freeflowing traffic.

One year Dandenong side another year West Side mix it up for everyone.

Just a thought, it was very hectic last year!

iT WOULD HAVE TO BETTER THAN LAST YEAR!!! My xe did not like the traffic at all, and the organisation was poor. I will attend this year, as alot of work has since gone into the xe, and am hanging for a good run in her. Make the cruise a real one, not one that runs back streets and highways full of traffic lights. If we cruise as a charity event, then we should all stay together as a true cruise!!
