OK got some more done today,mounted the rear guard and welded out the rear drop out's.The drop out's still need trimming and some cosmetic work but as it is it rides.I just need to finalize the seat mounts then cover it.

So with any luck I should be done before the Bunnies tune the Roosters up tomorrow so I can eat chilli and drink white cans...

Well the dates show how lazy I have been.Anyway got some more done on Sam's bike today like a inlay tube which required some finessing via my bender and made a new seat pan and some brackets to mount it up with. As Sam kick's in at a "solid" 100kg (no fat except his back pocket) I wanted to get a air ride system for it but the price put that idea away,so enter idea 2 which uses a old MTB coil over shock.The spring is pretty firm so I'll search thru the ones I have for a slightly softer unit as the seat won't be padded just covered in leather I reckon.

Looks like it serves a double purpose there too Gaz, braces the rear fender so the coilover mount is stronger :hy:

Nice to see someone working on a bike Rob, haven't touched NBWS in what seems like an eternity
