Hey Guys, got bored with cars yesterday after spending all morning working on our EF sedan so I dragged out a old frame that a customer pulled out on and changed a few things on it got it rolling.

I took out 6 degrees of rake and added 45mm to the neck to stand it up a bit more then modded the right side of the rear cradle to except the taller wheel profile it will recieve.Mounted up the cranks and seat (not happy with the seat but it was all I had) so it may be changed but god dam if it aint comfy!

Anyway it is 2600mm long,1300mm tall to the bar ends, seat hight is 500mm and it rolls at a very staunch 50mm ATM.It will be about 10-20mm higher after the 26"wheels are on it though. It has my custom tripple wall 2.25 x 24"rims ATM but will have 26"s asap on slikky G's or white walls? It runs 19" bars and 6"cranks and will be a great crusier once I have geared it back a tad.It has like a 44-21 combo ATM but it's too tall and needs to come back to 36 tooth flywheel to fix it.

I have a million ideas for the paint but I'm not set on anything yet!

That looks excellent Rob! It'd look great in that pale blue you did the old pub bike in.. but I guess you'd probably want to try something new aye :D

Awesome frame Slydog.
I'm with Craig, Candy Apple or Candy Brandy Wine.
Would also look good with Premium Silver and Prizmatique :D

Well I was thinking of Black and chrome everything.Like 72 spoke chrome 26" rims and the chrome bars, twisted chrome pedals, twisted chrome cranks and stuff but I have some Dark Cola looking pearl sh*t here for bling look if I want?

I"ll start cleaning it up today getting it ready for paint and decide latter I hope? Although I'm not happy with the seat so I may have to sort that out before going too far.

I reckon you need to build a fat tyre'd tandom bike. With the passenger over the rear wheel. Maybe with hub gears to help get the extra weight around...

Well it's been raining last weekend and now this weekend so I can't paint anything but I remade the guard bracket and added some sheet metal in the rear cradle in front off the drop outs for cosmetics and for somewhere to mount the Impala badge on both sides.Just didn't look right on the tank inlay so I made the call to mod it some more along with modding the rear guard to hug the tyre a bit more also.

Works better down there too I belive...

OK got the bars and fork legs back from the coaters and painted the first 3 coats of 2k Black on today.I will colour sand and tomoz and see if more paint is needed or straight to clear.

Can't post pics as my new Ph is in the shop and our digi camera is ...you guessed it in the shop aswell!
I'll try to get a pick tomoz when I get home to show progress. But the black on black on chrome is f*ckin smoking!
