I ended up getting a skull cap. I wanted a plain black one but I couldn't find a large one anywhere! So I went for one which had some graphics on it. I reckon it looks alright :hy:

I took it out just an hour ago and it rode bloody beautifully! I went half way across town and I tell you what, I've never felt so conspicuous in my life. Absolutely everyone was looking, lol. I think you'll be getting a lot of fans from Noosa Rob :hy:

Man that helmet just screams Chris Garver!

I'm stoked you like it mate, it was a great bike to make and it rode even better due to the rake and low centre of gravity it has.Pull the bars around a bit till you find "your" sweet spot too,I use too run em along the same lines of the fork legs and the bars ends use to follow top of the frame. The grips would almost touch the top tube with the bars turned to full lock!

Set up like that it was unbeaten in our down hill races, and loved fast sweeping bends!

Good luck with it bro...Slydog

I recently had the bike on display at a small show'n'shine event by the Noosa River - it was getting quite a lot of attention!

A few months back I had some brand new tyres imported from the US, so now she looks and rides better than ever :)

I'm tempted to get the gearing changed on my sled for a little more top end speed. I have a stretch cruiser bike which has a much nicer ratio - still easy to ride slowly but you can also ride at speed without your legs spinning around madly :P
