Hey guys and girls, along with doing some choppers a bobber and a old board style racer I have being building a Pro Street style sled for a customer.I though I'd put some pics up of the build so far.

The bike will have a custom double down tube frame with custom tin inlays. It will ride only 75mm off the ground and comes in at a solid 2600mm long.It has custom bars, and a seat pan out of MDS plastic and fibre-glass.It rolls on a 24" front wheel and a 20"x4.25" rear wheel combo. It has 45 degrees rake plus 6 degrees in the trees for a real low long look.

The cranks are a profile copy being 175mm long on a 44 tooth flywheel back to a 18 tooth rear for a good mix of cruise, acceleration and speed???Well Ok so you won't smoke any one on there MTB or road racer but who cares this looks WAY better anyway.

The paint is Valspar (thanks again Vic) and will be blown on by me as usual. The colour combo is sorted but the owner don't know so no-one else gets to find out either.Lets just say it will be a Industrial/European mix,all the while sticking with Ford colours only!As I have the best contact ever who supplies me only the best stuff at nothing but killer prices I have to say thanks again to Vic and Randall for hooking me up.:hy:

Anyway I'll update as offen as I can,enjoy...Slydog

good work rob, looks awsome, i build simalar types of bikes, but not to that extent, but i fit 50cc wipper snipper engines to mine, you can fabricate something yourself or you can buy a 80cc kit with clutch and tank off ebay for about$300 delivered

Thanks guys,it's so stable to ride and the down tubes give it a wide look and feel.

Hey Midcoast, your bikes sound cool but I make bicycles or motor bikes.I have a couple of frames ready to get the chopp and be turned in to a cafe style urban street runner so yes a motor bike is on the cards.

Been a while I know but I have been swamped with work and family sh*t but I'm back in the game.Got some colour on it it today and some tinted clear to finish the pot off so to speak. The colour is Fords EGO found on XR model Falcons needs sunlight to show it's true colours. So all it needs it a wet sand and 2-3 coats of clear and she all go.That said there more than a few hrs work in it yet.
