I have recemtly fitted a 4 speed manual to my ZL Fairlane, due to a problem with deceleration (it wont decelerate smoothly) I am trying an XF manual eeciv. Problem is that while the new ecu has fixed the deceleration problem the car runs like a bucket of brown stuff.
The new ecu that I got from the wreckers has that it came from an ULP car, my ZL was leaded (pre ADR37) does anyone know what the differences in engine components are? eg ULP cars have oxy sensor, what else?
