Hey Ford fans.
I have an EF falcon wagon ex taxi its duel fuel and has the factory gas set up its converter is a 'valle' i think any ways my knoledge on gas is err...0. Wats happening is im getting less kilometers per tank and think maybe the old girl has a leak in the converter as there is a smell of gas evident on most driving trips but some times when its just sitting around and your near by you can smell gas too. Besides burning it can anyone perhaps give me
an idea of what mite be happening. thanks. steve. :'(

while the car is running put some soapy water on the seals and line joiners and see if you get any bubbles. low millage could just be due to a need of a tune, new plugs, leads etc. if your not overly confident with gas just drop it into a shop that deal with LPG and get them to give it a quick once over

Hey ill give this a go, tune up sounds pretty rite it hasnt had one in 12 months oil change yes nothing eles tho. I popped it into a gas mech 2-3 weeks ago and he reckens the converter is stuffed cos he tried to sell me one and he didnt even test mine but he also did tell me about the soapy water test so ill just have to pull my finger out and try it. Thanks tuf 250. 8)
